Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (C0ld)

• 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese (at room temperature)

• 2 tbsp of sugar

• 1 tbsp cocoa powder

• 1 tsp vanilla essence

• Chocolate chip cookies

• Chocolate shavings

• Sprinkles

Method:

1. In a large bowl add whipping cream, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla.

2. Beat for 2 minutes or until soft peaks form.

3. Add mascarpone cheese, continue to whip until stiff peaks forms.

4. Cover and refrigerate meanwhile place the cookies into the springform pan (bottom layer).

5. Top cookie with cream and spread into an even layer (2nd layer).

6. Again place the cookies (3rd layer)

7. Top cookie with cream and spread into an even layer (4th layer).

8. Finally, sprinkle chocolate shavings and sprinkles

9. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.

Note: Refrigerate overnight for better taste and add sugar according to your liking.
